11:00 Special Lunch in School Cafeteria
11:30 am Departure from behind Meeteetse Gymnasium with Community send-off
1:00 Break in Shoshoni
2:45 Arrive at Casper Events Center, watch Burlington vs Midwest at 3:00
3:30 Leave Events Center and check in to Ramada Plaza Riverside,

4:00 pm Dinner at Ramada
5:30 Return to Events Center to watch matches
7:30 Meeteetse vs Kaycee, begin warm-up behind curtain at 6:45
Dinner TBA
9:00 Return to Motel
9:30 Team Meeting in Coach Hogg’s room to plan details for Friday
10:30 pm Lights out

Friday, October 30, 2009
8:00 Breakfast at Ramada/ Sit down eating
9:00 Walk along River Trail (weather permitting)
10:00 Coaches All-State selection Meeting at Events Center
11:00 Pick up boxed lunch at Ramada
1:00 Snack: Care package available at hotel or Events Center
(2:30 Loser of Meeteetse vs Kaycee match)
6:00 Winner of Meeteetse vs Kaycee match
8:00 Dinner: Coaches choice ($15.00 Max)

Saturday, October 31, 2009
7:00? Breakfast at Ramada/ Sit down eating
Snack: Care package/ @ hotel or Event Center
We could play at 9:00, 10:30, 1:30 or 3:30 on Saturday so all other times will be
determined by results of Thursday and Friday matches.
We will be staying throughout the entire tournament and will leave Casper after the 2A/4A Championship matches at approximately 7:30 pm.
Dinner: Coaches Choice ($15.00 Max)
11:00 pm Approximate return to Meeteetse
